Not working !!

I had this app for a long time and it was working perfectly. But then I got a new phone and a new iPad and I re downloaded it and it WILL NOT LET ME DOWNLOAD ANY VIDEOS ! the option doesnt even pop up like it used to. I want a refund. Unless is gets fixed ASAP.
